Well, my new book How to Get Along with Your Significant Other is in the hands of my editor now. All I do from here on out is to sit back and watch the money roll in. Hardly! This is where she has the gall to tell me that certain things should be changed…actually, I usually oblige her.
The editing process is a vey necessary evil…thankfully I have a very good editor whom I enjoy working with very much (remember that Cathy when you send me your bill!).
It’s always a huge relief to get my book off to editing. It signals the end of an era (the writing) and the beginning of a new one (editing)…but the story is done! Stay tuned for it by mid-May.
Went to a pro soccer game the other night with my season tickets! After being laughed at by many for buying them, I actually have people bidding to go with me this Sunday night (well, not actually…but sort of). Only two spare tickets…who will be the lucky winners? The games are at ASU Stadium in Tempe, Arizona and the team is Phoenix FC…we are currenly 1-1 and I am really enjoying being a fan. Just keep winning and selling out games and I will be happy all season long.
Now I’m off to a nice dinner of salmon, salad and rice with my family…and will be reading from my books throughout dinner to them (how cool would it be for them if I actually did that?).
I RECOMMEND…House of Cards on Netflix, Kevin Spacey is brilliant.
